208 participants formed 104 teams to compete in the Red Rock Lake Association’s first annual “Red Nose” ice fishing tournament this morning. Participants came from as far away as Nebraska, and an estimated 15 counties across Iowa including Dubuque, Floyd and Cedar counties. Given the success of this year’s event representatives from the Red Rock Lake Association say they hope to make it an annual event.
