The two top girls basketball teams in the Little Hawkeye Conference go head-to-head tonight, as Pella hosts Knoxville. Both teams are undefeated in the LHC, and Pella Head Coach Jerod Garland says he expects a close ball game that could come down to conditioning.

“We want to be the team that is fresher in the fourth quarter. Hopefully our depth can help a little bit with that,” says Garland. “We really feel like the final eight minutes of the game are going to decide it [the outcome], so we’re hoping to stick around and then hopefully hit some shots late.”
