A candidate for the 3rd Congressional District seat, currently held by Democrat Leonard Boswell, will be in Pella this week. According to a spokeswoman, Jim Gibbons, a Republican from Boone will be in Pella on Monday to meet with supporters as he builds a grassroots campaign for the Republican nomination for the U.S. House of Representatives seat.
