Leslie Steele

Funeral services for Leslie Steele, age 82 of Deep River, will be held on Saturday, April 3rd at 10:30 am at the Holland-Coble Funeral Home in Montezuma. Interment with military honors will be held in the Barnes City Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 1:00 pm on Friday with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

New Hope Community Pork Patty Supper

The Pella New Hope Community Church is hosting a Pork Patty Supper on Thursday, April 15th from 4:30 to 6:30 at the church. They’ll be serving pork patties, brats, hot dogs, potato salad, various salads, and ice cream sundaes. Cost is a freewill donation.
