The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet in special session Tuesday morning. At the meeting the supervisors will approve or deny a resolution to enter agreement with the Union Pacific Railroad regarding the removal and replacement of bridges and approve or deny a property tax settlement process regarding a building on a piece of leased land in Flagler. The meeting will take place in the Marion County Courthouse at 9:00am.
