There may still be plenty of snow on the ground, but the management at the Bos Landen Golf Resort are already getting prepared for the upcoming season. The majority of the 2010 Maintenance Plan for the course was approved at Tuesday’s Pella City Council meeting.

Pella Assistant City Administrator Michael Marcinkowski says the city’s maximum reimbursement of $90,000 largely goes toward chemicals and fertilizer for the course, which was approved, though $9,000 for repairs to the cart paths has not yet been okayed.

Marcinkowski says the City of Pella has been pleased with the lease agreement with R & R management and feels that their leadership will continue to find ways to improve the course at Bos Landen.
