A new consignment shop is opening Wednesday in downtown Knoxville. Chic Boutique will offer customers the opportunity to purchase quality women’s clothing, footwear, jewelry and accessories. The majority of inventory will be second hand items brought in by members of the community who wish to sell their gently used belongings. The Chic Boutique will officially open for business today and will have a ribbon cutting by the Knoxville Chamber Ambassadors on Saturday March 20th at 12:30pm.
