The Knoxville girl’s soccer program will have a different look and help from another area school. Charley Fisher, who was a volunteer assistant last season to former coach Ethan Book has been promoted to the head coaching job, and Pleasantville and Knoxville will share in girls soccer this spring. Knoxville Athletic Director Randy Wilson says currently five girls from Pleasantville High School will join with the Knoxville girls this season. Wilson says the numbers are up this season for girl’s soccer which in the past they have been down. Knoxville struggled to get wins last season with a young team and hopes to improve this season with more experience.
