The track teams at Pella Christian High School will be under the guidance of a pair of new head coaches this season. Leading the boys team will be a familiar face, as Max Killoren takes over the Eagle boys squad. Killoren has served as an assistant for the past 18 seasons.

The Pella Christian girls track team, meanwhile, welcomes in a brand new leader of the program, as Janetta Nieuwsma takes over for Jocilyn Meinders. Nieuwsma is a graduate of Dordt College – where she ran sprints, hurdles, and relay events – and is married to Pella Christian boys tennis coach Luke Nieuwsma.

Both Pella Christian track teams will see their first action of the season on April 6th, when they travel to Bloomfield for the Davis County Coed.
