Today officially marks the first day of spring, but you wouldn’t know it if you looked outside this morning. Marion County is currently under a winter weather advisory until 1pm this afternoon and light to moderate snowfall is expected to continue this morning. We’ve received a total of 4 inches of snow overnight; making roads slick across the county and resulting in several accidents and vehicles in ditches. The South Skunk River remains under a flood warning and is currently .86 feet above flood stage.
