A total of 13 students from Pella Christian and Pella Community High Schools will compete in the National History Day competition at the state level, after receiving high marks for their projects in last week’s District competition at Central College. Of the 41 students from Pella Christian that submitted projects, 12 were judged high enough to move on to the next level, while the lone representative from Pella Community High School will also advance to the State Senior Division competition; which will be held on April 26th at the State Historical Building in Des Moines.
