Knoxville Mayor Don Zoutte held his monthly Coffee with the Mayor Thursday afternoon. This month’s discussion took place at the Swamp Fox Restaurant where around 18 citizens gathered to talk about ideas, questions and concerns with Mayor Zoutte. Among the topics addressed were potholes around the city, the sidewalk repair project, parking enforcement around the square that will begin on Monday and the updates listed on Discoverknoxville.com.
Several city officials were in attendance including City Manager Dick Schrad, Dennis Webb from the Streets Department, Police Chief Dan Losada, Zoning Commissioner Cindy Glick and City Council members Carolyn Formanek and Elsie Kemp. All of which were on hand to answer questions from attendees.
The next Coffee with the Mayor will take place at the Coffee Connection on April 15th at 4pm.
