Adoptions to be Finalized for Sets of Haitian Siblings

Two pairs of siblings from Haiti who were adopted by families in Pella will have their adoptions finalized in official ceremonies Wednesday.  Les and Tracy Fuller and Dave and Andrea Vanderhoff of Pella each adopted a brother and sister from Haiti, whose journey from Port-au-Prince to Pella in the days following the deadly earthquakes in January was well-chronicled.

Now the adoption process will come to a close with a ceremony at the Marion County Courthouse in Knoxville Wednesday afternoon.  Last week, a similar ceremony was held for the daughter of Matt and Mandy Poulter, who was adopted from the same orphanage in Haiti as the children adopted by the Fullers and Vanderhoffs.
