The Knoxville Police Department has made an arrest in regards to the recent motor vehicle break-ins in Westridge.  Officer Randy Puyear had reason to suspect that 25-year-old Brady Austin Rogers of Knoxville may have been involved in the crime.  Puyear located Rogers and received consent to search his apartment.  During the search officers found several items that had been previously reported stolen.  Rogers was arrested on charges of 2nd degree theft, interference with official acts and possession of a firearm by a felon and transported to the Marion County jail, where officials discovered Rogers is wanted in Arkansas for parole violations and in Alabama for burglary.  Items recovered as a result of the arrest include a rifle, computer parts, IPods, numerous cameras, tools, and a key ring to an apartment complex. The investigation continues and additional charges and arrests are possible.
