The Arts Management spring class at Central College is hosting a public event this weekend that emphasizes the arts and environmental awareness. Dubbed “The pARTy”, the event will include live music, improvisational theatre and do-it-yourself arts projects using recycled materials. There is no cost to attend or participate in any of the activities, and all members of the public are invited. The organic arts festival will take place Saturday afternoon from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on the north lawn of the Maytag Student Center at the corner of Broadway and Independence in Pella.
