Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jonathan Narcisse stopped by the KNIA KRLS office for an interview Thursday while he was in town to meet with potential supporters and members of the community. Narcisse is from Des Moines where he served on the school board from 2007-2009. Narcisse believes that neither the democratic or republican parties are offering candidates that are the leader that Iowa needs to reduce government overreach and spending.
