Knoxville won the Boone Soccer Invitational on Saturday as the Panthers began the day by shutting out Iowa Falls 4-0. Dylan Schrader recorded a hat trick with three goals and C-J Wright recorded the other score for the Panthers. Knoxville then came back to defeat P-C-M who got by Boone in overtime 2-1. The Panthers defeated the Mustangs four-to-one and once again it was the Dylan Schrader and C-J Wright scoring machine with Schrader getting his second hat trick of the day and Wright tallying the other score. Coach Jon Smith says the team is still a work in progress with good talent, and guys who can play certain positions. Smith says there are several new players in new positions this season. Smith adds those players are adapting to their positions well hopes to bring it all together after the midway point of the season. Knoxville hosts Centerville tonight in non-conference action.
