The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session Monday evening. Items on the agenda include a public hearing in regards to the city paving contract, followed by approval of the final specifications and awarding a contract for the project. The council will also consider purchase of starting blocks for the recreation center, accept proposal for engineering services for the 2010 rehabilitation project and discuss sidewalk infill issues. The meeting will take place at 6:15pm in the council chambers of the Knoxville City Hall.
