The Knoxville City Council met in regular session last night. At the meeting the council read a proclamation regarding National Library Week April 11th-17th, awarded a contract to Blommers Construction of Pella, for the city paving contract and approved the purchase of new starting blocks for the Recreation Center. In addition, the board also discussed sidewalk infill issues in the city and a storm sewer issue behind 1901 and 1905 West Jackson Street.
