The Pella girls tennis team picked up a 9-2 conference win at Norwalk yesterday, but the victory wasn’t as one-sided as the score would indicate. A total of five matches went into third set tiebreakers, with the Little Dutch claiming three those, en route to sweeping doubles play against the Warriors.

Pella’s only two defeats came at No. 1 and No. 5 singles. With the win, the Pella girls are now 2-0 in Little Hawkeye Conference play and 3-0 on the season. The Little Dutch conclude a busy week on the courts today with a quad at Indianola.
