A total of 16 athletes from the Central College men’s and women’s track and field programs will compete in 8 events at this weekend’s NCAA Division III track and field championships. One of the strengths of the Dutch program, the multi-events, will be well-represented with entries in the decathlon for the men and three entries for the heptathlon on the women’s side. Decathlete Ethan Miller has also qualified individually in the long jump and high jump.

Both of the Central College 4×400 Meter Relay teams have qualified for the national meet, while the men’s squad also includes a qualifying team in the 4×100 Meter Relay and the Shot Put. The NCAA Division III men’s and women’s track and field championships begins Thursday at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, and continues through Saturday.
