Two Central College students are the first to complete a new program that aims to give students additional experience to make an impact after college. MaKayla Alexander and Ashley Feldman each earned certificates from the Leadership and Entrepreneurship Program at Central, which is administered by Alan Terpstra, and includes instruction from Jamie Gyolai and Jann Freed. Terpstra says he’s excited about the accomplishment for Alexander and Feldman, as well as the possibilities it may open for them.
“They represent the first products of a program designed to give Central students extra exposure to the world of both leadership and entrepreneurship,” said Terpstra. “To better prepare them to go out and change the world.”
Certificates of completion were presented to MaKayla Alexander and Ashley Feldman during a ceremony Monday night.
