The Marion County Conservation Board will hold their 15th Annual Kids’ Fish day at Marion County Park on Sunday, June 6th from 1pm to 4pm. The event is open to families, and participants are encouraged to bring their fishing poles and a lawn chair. Kids will learn how to tie knots, cast, fish, and their will be crafts. Worms will be provided and there will also be awards and prizes. No pre-registration is required, and June 4th through 6th is a free fishing weekend, so no fishing licenses are required for this event.
