Knoxville’s Girls Soccer Match with Centerville was cancelled last night due to rain and a wet field in Centerville. That match will not be made up…but both teams likely would not have minded since they will see other on June first in Knoxville for the second round of the class 1A regional. Coach Charley Fisher is confident that his team can win that game because of their improved play all season. Should the Panthers win that second round contest with the Redettes they would sit and wait to see who comes out of the bottom bracket between Chariton, Winterset, and Norwalk. The regional semi-final would be played in Norwalk on June fourth.
