A promotional event by a car dealership in Pella earned just over $4,000 for local schools. “Drive One”, a national promotion hosted by Ulrich Ford, Lincoln, Mercury of Pella this past Saturday, featured a $20 donation to the organization of their choice for any household that took a new vehicle for a test drive.

A total of 203 test drives were taken, raising $4,060 from Ford Motor Company to go to organizations from Pella and Pella Christian Schools. The organizations that will receive the funds are: PC Booster Club, Pella Booster Club, Pella Soccer and Pella Forte.
