The Pella girls tennis team improved to 10-0 in dual meets this season, as the Lady Dutch won the first and second rounds of the Region 2 tournament in Grinnell on Saturday. Pella opened up with a 5-2 first-round victory over Knoxville, which included wins at numbers 1, 2, 4 and 6 singles and No. 1 doubles. In the second round, the Lady Dutch looked even stronger, as they quickly dismissed Norwalk with a 5-0 sweep in singles play. The Pella girls will play tennis powerhouse Waterloo Columbus in the Regional Semifinal next Monday in Grinnell.
