The Pella softball team will find out exactly what they’re made of today when they travel to the Centerville tournament and play three tough games back to back to back.

The Lady Dutch begin the day facing defending Class 3A state champions and top ranked Carlisle at 10am, then face Centerville at noon and end the day with Moravia at 2pm. Coach Krista Demeulenaere says they know it won’t be easy, especially against Carlisle, but feels it will be very good experience that will pay off as the season progresses, and notes the Carlisle gamne especially will show them how much they’ve improved and what they need to continue working on to get to that level.
