As Saturday night’s final performance on the Tulip Toren was winding down, the Pella Public Works Department was already beginning the clean-up process from the 75th Annual Tulip Time festival. Public Works Director Denny Buyert says the clean-up is a reverse process of getting ready for the event, and includes picking up extra trash cans and barricades, as well as additional sign posts that were added to help visitors; and putting them away to be ready for next year’s event.
