A rollover accident west of Pella Sunday afternoon sent at least one person to the hospital with unknown injuries. The accident occurred at around 2:00 p.m. on Highway 163, when a westbound vehicle changed lanes and clipped the rear end of a second westbound vehicle, causing them to lose control and roll two to three times.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy Matt Boender tells KNIA/KRLS News at least one person from the second vehicle was transported by Pella Ambulance to Pella Regional Health Center with unknown injuries. The Pella Fire Department assisted at the scene. The accident remains under investigation with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
