The Iowa High School Girls Athletic Union has released the 2010 softball Class 2A and 3A regional parings, and just like in basketball, Knoxville and Pella have been placed into different regionals. The Panthers will start off by playing number five Chariton on July tenth, while Pella that same night will travel to Centerville. Both teams would likely have to get by at least one more ranked opponent to make it to Fort Dodge and the State Tournament. For class 2A, Pella Christian travels to P-C-M on July eighth, while Pleasantville in a completely different regional will host Clarke.
