Knoxville Fire and Rescue, the Knoxville Police Department and the Iowa State Patrol responded to an accident on Rock Island and Grant at approximately 1:45 PM Wednesday. A minivan and a motorcycle were involved. The motorcyclist received minor injuries, and declined transport to Knoxville Hospital and Clinics.
