The numerous storms that have hit Marion County this month have caused damage to many homes in the area and Emergency Management is doing what they can to help. Marion County Emergency Management Coordinator Jeff Anderson is asking that all residents who have had wind damage or water in their homes contact him so he can help evaluate the eligibility for assistance. The damage must have occurred between June 1st of this year and now in order to be eligible, those who believe they qualify need to call the Emergency Management Office at 641-828-2256 with their name, address, type of damage and the date it occurred as soon as possible.
