The Cardinals would close the gap with two runs in the second but Pleasantville would take advantage of three Central Decatur errors and plate four runs in the fifth and sixth innings. Gordon as mentioned was on from the get-go as she went the distance allowing the two runs to cross on just two hits, no walks, and struck out eight. Pleasantville moves to 3-5 on the season.
