The Iowa Farm Bureau has plans to take over the Knoxville square later this month. This year’s annual Ag in the City Event will be jam packed with a variety of activities that are sure to provide something for everyone. There will be free music, a hay maze, petting zoo, barn yard Olympics and millions of dollars of farm machinery on display plus plenty of food to enjoy once attendees have worked up an appetite. Farm Bureau Chairman Larry Rowley says the purpose of the event is to make people aware of how farming impacts their daily lives. Ag in the City will take place Friday June 18th from 5-9pm and Saturday June 19th from 7am-1pm.
