The Pella, Knoxville and Twin Cedars school districts were among those announced last Wednesday by Governor Chet Culver as recipients of the Statewide Voluntary Preschool grants. In related news, Pella Schools Superintendent Mark Wittmer says their district still has available slots for preschool students, and parents can contact the Administration Office at 628-1111 during the week of June 21st to fill the vacancies.
