The Marion County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Monday morning.  Two public hearings where held to discuss vacating certain road right-of-ways in the county.  After the hearings, the first resolution in regards to a piece of land in Section 32, Township 77 was approved for vacancy.  While the board voted to deny vacancy of an alley right-of-way in Pershing after some lengthy discussion with the board, Pershing citizens, Engineer Roger Schletzbaum and Zoning Department Head Melissa Poffenbarger.
