The Pella Shakespeare Company is presenting a free show Saturday evening in Pella. The organization is sponsoring an 80-minute version of “Othello”; performed by Theatre for a Change of Des Moines.

The production will be directed by Pella Shakespeare Company alum Susan Gulbranson, and features Pella native Joe Cerwinski and Central College Student Christopher Williams. If the weather is uncooperative, the performance will move to the Kruidenier Theatre Building on the Central College Campus.

Those who wish to attend are invited to bring blankets, lawn chairs and even food to Pella’s West Market Park for the performance, which will begin at 7:00 p.m. Saturday night.
