The high school softball season may be finished for most area athletes, but for those who couldn’t get their fill of work on the diamond, Central College will be offering a pair of camps for high school and middle school-aged girls next month. Beginning August 1st, the Central Softball program will be hosting an overnight camp for girls entering 9th to 12th grades that will run Sunday through Friday.

The cost to attend is $350 or $400 for girls wishing to specialize in pitching. During roughly the same time, Central will also be hosting a day camp from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for girls in grades 5-8 at a cost of $250.
