The City of Pella will test its outdoor warning system at noon Saturday. That’s according to Pella Police Department Communications Supervisor Marcia Slycord, who says the system is tested on the first Saturday of each month at twelve noon.

She reminds residents that it is an outdoor warning system and isn’t designed to be audible indoors. The City of Pella has eight warning sirens located in different parts of the community.
