The Pella City Council will consider the first reading of a revised ordinance pertaining to the speed limit and signage on East Vermeer Road at their meeting this week. In other business, the council will consider the engineering scope and fees for the first two phases of the Sents Creek wastewater treatment plant digester improvements and consider the second reading of an ordinance regarding prohibited signs in city jurisdiction. The Pella City Council meets Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. in the Pella Public Safety Complex.
