The 2009-2010 athletic season at Knoxville High School will likely go down as one of the schools best ever. Four different teams qualified for a state tournament, and numerous individuals qualified for the State Track and Field Meet this spring. Athletic Director Randy Wilson says going to that many state tournaments in one season bodes well for the future. Wilson adds what is even more amazing…is that many of the same kids played on at least two of those teams.
