Auld Park in Knoxville will be closed early this week while the city applies sealant to playground equipment. According to Knoxville Public Works Director Jeff May, the wooden playground equipment at Auld Park will be coated with a sealant on today to protect the material and will remain closed until the sealer has dried. May expects the park should reopen sometime tomorrow.
