Knoxville’s 2010 volleyball debut ended in a three games to none loss to Chariton last night by scores of 25/15, 25/nine, and 25/20. Alex Abens and Molly Davis had four kills to lead the Panthers while Steph Formanek and Jessica Jones had four digs and Morgan Roy dealt out eight assists. Coach Lindsey Anderson said the girls played better as the match went on and while there are several things to work on in practice, she adds that there were some things that she was pleased with as well. Knoxville is 0-1 on the season and will travel to the A-D-M Invitational Thursday night.
