Several organizations in Pella recently completed training for medical assistance on the sidelines for football games this fall. Doug Polking, Director of the Pella Ambulance Department, tells KNIA/KRLS News that members of his staff along with athletic trainers from Central College, Sterling Physical Therapy and Pella Regional Health Cener gathers together for training before the fall sports season. Polking said the training was a good way to get everyone the same page in time for Football Season.
