The City of Pella will be offering two refund options to pool patrons who were unable to use their season passes for the 13 days that the Pella Aquatic Center was closed last month. Pella Administrative Services Director Jenny Hesseltine tells KNIA/KRLS News that the refund options are for pass-holders to have an extension for 13 days to be used at the indoor pool this fall, or to receive a monetary refund for the prorated value of the 13 days missed. A cash refund to all season pass holders would cost the City over $10,000.
