Pella Regional Health Center’s five medical clinics have been recognized for improving their marks in a patient satisfaction survey. Press-Ganey Associates awarded the clinics a “Journey of Improvement” award, which is given to facilities that make a significant statistical improvement in Overall Patient Satisfaction.

Lezlie Morris, Chief of Clinic Services at Pella Regional said, “The physicians and staff at all of our clinics have focused on improving quality care and customer service for the last year. They’ve assumed the ‘perspective of the patient, developed creative solutions to problems and worked in teams to provide better service. I’m proud of all their efforts and the recognition they’ve received.”

Pella Regional Health Center’s medical clinics are located in Pella, Bussey, Knoxville, Monroe and Sully.
