It took over 2,600 dancers in wooden shoes to set a world record at Tulip Time this May, and now a unique keepsake is available to commemorate the event. Individuals can now purchase an eight and a half by eleven inch glossy photo that is an aerial shot of the Dutch dance that took place on May 8th. The photo was taken by Larry De Vries from his helicopter above Pella’s downtown square. Copies of the photo are available for four dollars at the Vermeer Mill Interpretative Center.
