Those who are interested in potentially leasing property within the Knoxville VA campus are urged to contact the Knoxville Veteran’s Growth Alliance. The campus consists of 163 acres of land and 39 buildings which growth alliance member James Washington says hold a host of opportunity for prospective tenants. He says if the issuance of an Enhanced Use Lease of the campus is granted, there will be many buildings available for lease and asks those who are interested in the opportunity to email him at All inquiries will be kept confidential with those directly involved with the development efforts of the VA campus.

In addition, local contractors who are interested in providing services for development of the campus are also asked to contact James Washington with information on what services they can provide. Washington says the plan is to make sure local contractors have first priority when contracting services for the campus and the information submitted will be helpful in identifying how to carry out the development plan once the Enhanced Use Lease is approved.
