Rain Monday morning and more chances for precipitation in the forecast are causing delays in two infrastructure projects in Pella. Repairs to a storm sewer on Hazel Street that were to close the block between Lincoln and Jefferson Streets have been put off until the weather improves. Additionally, work on a water main at 240th Street between University and East Vermeer Road will continue on and off throughout the week, weather permitting. The delays will likely change the time lines for both projects, which were originally scheduled to be completed by Friday.
