Gingrich at Pella Opera House

Newt Gingrich spoke at the Pella Opera House this morning and addressed many changes that he feels need to be made in the economy. The 1995 Time Magazine Man of the Year was speaking to several small business owners about what he believes the U.S. and local governments need to do to dig themselves out of the financial hole that they are in. He also spent time talking about the Mosque near ground zero in New York City saying that it is not appropriate to have it in an area where nearly 3,000 Americans were killed. Gingrich, the former Speaker of the House was also asked if he he was any closer to making a decision on whether or not to run for president and he said that there is a date that he has in mind, but just wants to focus on getting a Republican into office right now.
